Cancelations
In this section you will information on how our cancelation policy's work.
If you cancel 2 weeks prior to your booking, a full refund will be made.
If you cancel within 2 weeks, the deposit will not be refunded but the hire fee will be refunded.
If you cancel within 48 Hours – No refund available.
Please ensure you give us a call, along with a follow up email.

We have a strict on-time policy, our drivers will aim to be there 15min early to ensure we are always on time for your event.

lost & found
If an item is lost you can be sure that we will have it for you.
Dont stress, Just give us a call and we will do our best to ensure we find your property and have it ready for collection.
